Customer Success looks back at 2020 & forward to what's in store for 2021

Hear from our Senior Customer Success Manager, Liv Bates.

As we draw to the end of what can only be described as a hectic year, I wanted to reach out to everyone and thank you for your continued support, and give you a taste of what’s to come in 2021.


Since March the team has been working remotely, and we made the transition pretty easily. There are several new customers we have taken on this year that I have only met over a zoom call, which is very strange to say the least. However for me this has shown how quickly we can onboard new customers and how easy it can be even when you are literally on different continents.


It has been a challenging year but it has been a year of change at KisanHub and it is so rewarding to be ending the year on a high with so much new development coming your way! I wanted to share my highlights of the year with you and it goes without saying that the KisanHub Paperless Load Passports function is up there!


We designed the system with the help of our customers, and in principle it allows you to create your contracts and passports, and then allows the creation of ‘paperless’ tickets which get emailed instantly to the intended recipients.

Again this is something that I set up with customers remotely due to covid restrictions, but I need not have worried because it is such a simple process. We have seen a great response to this feature and the exciting part is seeing the uptake on commodities other than potatoes. It’s a great opportunity for me and the rest of the team to expand our knowledge of fruit production and processes. If you would like a demo of this new feature, please book a call with our team.


We end 2020 with big changes on the horizon; a completely new look to our platform, which I hope you are as enthused about as we are at KisanHub. Along with a new look, we have new and improved tools such as crop quality, reporting and more. It has been a while in the making but there is so much work being done behind the scenes and the results are better than anything we have seen on the platform yet.
